Warranty terms

Warranty will be valid through as per mentioned in warranty card. In absence of warranty card and original bill no warranty will be covered. Only some condition shall be covered under warranty.

1. Outdoor wicker – sundecor outdoor furniture provides 10 years warranty against manufacturing defect and 6 years warranty against Sagging ,Cracking, Decomposing and fading.

2. Outdoor Braid & Rope – 5 years warranty of Braid & Rope against sagging, Decomposing and fading.

3. Outdoor wood – 5 years warranty of wood against Cracking and Decomposing.

4. Alluminum frames – Manufacturing defect on aluminum frames 10 years.(Cracking from welding joints only. Bending or Breaking from other parts of frames is not covered)

5. Fabric – Decomposing and fading of fabric 2 to 5 years warranty (Fabric brand selected by buyer, depending upon the colour, and budget selection Fabric warranty is subjected to fabric suppliers and their terms of use, Please strictly follow the washing instruction to avoid damage of fabric, using harsh chemical may also void warranty).

6. Powder Coating – Rusting and Cracking for powder coating – 5 years. No warranty against scratch.

Note :-

• In case breakage of wicker and self damage of fabrics, it will only be repaired. Beyond warranty period, we give support for repairing at a nominal cost.
•  Any damage due to dragging furniture will not be covered. Always lift furniture to move around.
• Regular ware and tear due to use is not covered under warranty.
• Any damage done by pets, rats, insects or mishandling, cuts and burn intentionally or unintentionally will not be covered under warranty.
• Damage caused due to natural disasters.
• No warranty shall be provided to accessories, hardware parts and foam unless covered by our vendor and their terms of use.
• No on- sight warranty is provided. To claim warranty of product the damaged product should be sent to our factory facility in Ghaziabad (To and Fro shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer). For on sight service special approval from management is required and buyer shall borne and arrange all the cost of loading, fooding and travel of technician and shall be paid in advance to sundecor (Service for repairing will be free of cost and not be chargeable).
