Refund, Return, Cancelation terms

We are sure that you will love the product which you have ordered. In unlikely event, that you don’t, you may return your purchase within 15 days of delivery. All you need to do is whether give us a call on (+91 7065792636), or drop us an email at info@sundecorfurniture.com and we will get back to you soon.

Amount: your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the return shipping cost (any shipping packaging, merchant fees and handling paid at the time of purchase will also be withheld).

Time frame : Credits are issued within 7 working days after getting refund from & the item being received and inspected. You will be notified via email at info@sundecorfurniture.com when your credit has been processed.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please note that damages and defects must be reported as and when it is delivered.(our delivery person will inspect at the time of delivery with images of defect & demage).

1. For any Claims buyer shall take pictures of damages of product and packing before opening and shall report it to customer care email id of shipping company and cc to info@Sundecorfurniture.com within 24 hours from the receipt of Shipment. Damaged goods shall be received only after mentioning, “damaged during transit” on acknowledgement slip and POD. All claims are subjected to be settled by the insurance company.

Buyer should provide salvage, documents and all evidence time to time required by insurance company.

2. Product which is currently not available in stock will be made especially and will not be subject to cancellation and refund once the production starts.

3. Ordered product once sold/ Delivered shall not be returned, exchanged or refunded. (Replacement will be done if the product is beyond the scope of repairing.)

4. Cancellation of any particular Item from order having multiple products shall not be possible once production is started and raw-material is ordered.

5. An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. A cancellation fees of 5% will be applicable. If you cancel your order after 24 hours then your raw-material has ordered.  Only your 50% amount will be refundable.

6. Any discount or free shipping offered on a packaged/project deal which has multiple product shall stand void-ab-initio if the quantity of a specific item or any particular design is cancelled. Buyer shall bear MRP cost of all the products and Discount shall be withdrawn.

7. Any product bought during promotional/Sale schemes such as (sale, free shipping, discounted, prioritised ) are not subjected to cancellation or refund.

8. Please note any customisation in order will disqualify easy refund policy. i.e customised orders are not subjected to refund.

Return Eligibility :-
Item must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a return. Our refund manager will inspect before making refunds (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

Disclaimer 1:- All our products are photographed with lighting & edited for clarity. This may result in minor variations in color & design due to lighting/ editing effect which should not be considered as defects.

Disclaimer 2 :- Most of the Furniture product are hand crafted and polished using traditional skills. Minor variation in color, size & design are an inherent character of the handcrafted products and should not be considered as defects
